RETURN POLICY

Unclaimed Shipments:

  •  Shipments left unclaimed after attempted delivery will be returned to us after 15 days (USPS) or applicable carrier's timeframe.
  •  Refusal to pay international shipment duties will result in package return.
  •  The recipient is responsible for collecting shipment and paying international  import duties.
  •  Returned shipments incur 25% charge plus original shipping cost.
  •  Re-shipment available for additional fee.

Return Policy:

 Due to the artisan craftsmanship and intimate nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns for reasons such as general dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or if a product does not resonate with your skin. We also do not accept returns on used products. Please reach out to us prior to ordering to discuss your skin’s needs and beauty routine. We are happy to include samples of any product with your order upon request.

Simply indicate your request in the “notes” section during checkout, and we will be delighted to include samples to enhance your Ireora experience, if they are in stock. Products purchased during special promotions, sales, samples, and orders that include a gift with purchase do not qualify for refunds or returns

    Damaged Shipments:

     When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. While it is normal for the outer packaging to show some wear and tear, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify Katina within 24 hours of receipt. We will ensure you are taken care of promptly. Please include your order number in the email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items.

    No returns or refunds will be granted beyond seven days after delivery. We may request that you ship the damaged items back to us before shipping your replacement. Additionally, please contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package
